How can I make the most of tasting Château Latour wines?

Château Latour wines, especially the "Grand Vin", deserve special attention to reveal their full potential. For a young vintage, we recommend decanting the wine for 2 to 3 hours to release its aromas and soften its powerful tannins. The ideal serving temperature is around 17-18°C. Latour wines go perfectly with grilled meats, game or even dishes in sauce, which underline their richness and complexity. Older vintages are often best served immediately after opening to preserve their finesse.
